TRISTONES's flagship product. A home-care companion powered by AI Brain OS, designed for elderly users living independently. GuideBot S1 — Scenario Navigation Robot
Purpose-built for hotels, hospitals, and retail environments. Multilingual guidance, wayfinding, visitor assistance, and optional facial recognition check-in. Already deployed across multiple Pacific Northwest facilities with documented improvements in operational efficiency and visitor satisfaction.
CareArm X — Flexible Manipulation Module
A 6-DOF compliant manipulation arm validated for safe operation in unstructured home environments. Available as a standalone unit or as an integrated module for HomeGuard Pro. Handles object retrieval, handoff, medication assistance, and a growing library of learned manipulation tasks.
IndustrialBot I3 — Industrial Inspection & Logistics Robot
Built for manufacturing, warehouse, and infrastructure inspection applications. Combines autonomous navigation, computer vision inspection, and payload transport capabilities in a platform designed for extended operation in industrial environments.
MediBot M1 — Clinical Assistance Robot
Designed in consultation with healthcare professionals for clinical environments. Handles patient intake support, medication logistics, vital sign monitoring assistance, and staff task offloading — with a privacy architecture specifically designed for HIPAA-compliant deployments.
Geographic Expansion
North American commercial availability covers the full product line. APAC expansion — initially targeting Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and select markets in Southeast Asia — begins with GuideBot S1 and HomeGuard Pro in Q1 2026, with full product line availability targeted for Q3 2026.
Japan was identified as a priority APAC market given the country's acute care-worker shortage and its long history of positive cultural reception to service robots. South Korea's rapidly aging population and advanced digital infrastructure make it a natural second market. Singapore's hospitality and healthcare sectors provide high-density deployment opportunities for GuideBot S1 and MediBot M1.
Looking Ahead: RS-H1 Humanoid
The 2026 commercial launch marks the completion of Phase 1 of TRISTONES's product roadmap. Phase 2 — currently in early R&D — centers on RS-H1, the company's first full humanoid platform. RS-H1 will integrate the full AI Brain OS stack with a bipedal form factor designed for the complete range of tasks that a human worker might perform in service environments, from lifting and carrying to fine manipulation to navigating stairs and irregular terrain.
